The defendant, ACMAT Corporation (ACMAT),1 appeals from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment on one claim and judgment on a second claim in favor of the plaintiff, Security Insurance Company of Hartford (Security). This appeal involves a dispute over the proper allocation of defense costs in cases involving long latency loss claims that implicate multiple insurance policies.
