The sole question raised in this record is the right of the plaintiff in error' to bring a suit in Grant county to have a cloud removed from lands located in said county, and serve the summons on the designated agent of a foreign corporation in another county. That is, whether or not a foreign corporation that has complied with section 1227, Wilson's Rev. & Ann.
