MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD J. HOLWELL, District Judge:
Appellant Law Offices of Peter A. Ange-los appeals from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (“the Bankruptcy Court”) determining that certain state law claims it wished to bring were prohibited by the amended channeling injunction put in place in this case. Appellant brought claims against Pfizer, Inc. (“Pfizer”), the parent company of debtor Quigley Company, Inc. (“Quigley”), in state court.
