This is an action by the plaintiffs as taxpayers against the City of Trinidad to enjoin the issuance of bonds. We will refer to plaintiff in error as Trinidad and to defendants in error as plaintiffs. The action involves the validity of a proposed bond issue authorized under the terms of ordinances adopted by the City of Trinidad. Plaintiffs as taxpayers of Trinidad filed their complaint in the district court, by which they sought to enjoin the city from all acts contemplated by the adoption of ordinances numbered 792, 793 and 794.
