This is an action in quo warranto whereby it is sought to test the right of Ross Turner and William Switzer to hold positions as members of the county board of education of Hardin county.

It is conceded that defendants were duly elected as members of the county board of education on the 7th day of November, 1923; that they were elected for a term of four years beginning the third Saturday in January, 1924, to succeed Wil liana Holland and J.
