(“Vici”) and Caesars Entertainment, Inc.’s (“Caesars”) motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6).1 Plaintiff Deja Dashante Harrison opposes the motion.2 For the following reasons, the Court grants defendants’ motion.
