This is a case of original jurisdiction in which James H. Duff, Attorney General of Pennsylvania, filed on June 4,1943, a petition for a writ of mandamus against the judges of the court of common pleas of Westmoreland County to decide certain cases long pending in that court and to file opinions and orders in those cases in the proper office, or to show cause, if any there be, why the same should not be done.
