Hilda G. Worthington appeals from the district court’s entry of summary judgment denying her Title VII claim as time barred. Worthington, alleging that Union Pacific Railroad had denied her a brakeman position because of her sex, filed a complaint with the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission (NEOC) 299 days after the alleged act of discrimination. The NEOC forwarded the claim to the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission district office six days later.
