Mrs. Ruth Nabors., joined by her husband, E. J. Nabors, instituted suit to recover upon a policy of insurance issued by the Continental Insurance Company of New York, covering a dwelling house owned by Mrs. Nabors, and situated at 705 Louisiana street, Fort Worth, in the sum of $2,500. The policy was issued on February 9, 1925, and extended for a period of one year thereafter. A mortgage clause was attached to the policy in favor of R. J.
