Ed King brought this suit against appellant on a fire insurance policy. J. W. Griffin and Mrs. M. L. Dolphyn were also made defendants upon the ground each, under a mortgage loss clause attached to and made a part of said policy, (had an interest in any recovery that might be had. The pleadings will be referred to where necessary in the course of this opinion.
