MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER
This action is the latest in a series of legal conflicts centering around the Shore-ham Nuclear Power Station (“Shoreham”), an unlicensed nuclear reactor located on the north shore of Long Island in the Town of Shoreham, New York.
