The plaintiff appeals a jury verdict in this tort action arising out of a slip and fall that occurred on January 2, 1981, while the plaintiff was delivering mail for the United States Postal Service in Dover. According to the plaintiff, Blaine Kallgren, his fall occurred at an apartment house owned by the defendants. Following a trial in the Superior Court (Dickson, J.), the jury returned a verdict for the defendants.
