DECISION

The issue before the Court concerns the continued care of James Steven Gonsalves by the Department of Mental Health, Retardation Hospitals (hereinafter referred to as DMHRH) pursuant to Chapter 5.3, Title 40.1 (hereinafter referred to as Act) entitled "Incompetency to Stand Trial and Persons Adjudged Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity."
