New England Die Co. v. General Products Company

These two actions in assumpsit were tried together to a jury in the superior court. In one of these actions New England Die Co., Inc., hereinafter referred to as “New England,” sought to recover from General Products Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “General,” payment for the manufacture and delivery of a device to be used in the manufacture of plastic containers.
