Appellee Harry Bros. Company, a corporation, sued appellants, J. T. Stark Grain Company, J. T. Stark, J. H. Bowman, G. W. Bowman, T. C. Jasper, W. A. Vines, H. W. Coit, John J. Russell and W. R. Horton, in the District Court of Collin- County, Texas, and alleged in substance- as follows: That on March 25, 1905, plaintiff and defendant, J. T.
