“The Success Company’s Branch Offices,” a New York corporation, recovered judgment against A. L. Deveny, as principal obligor, and J. M. Deveny, as surety, for $818.97, being the balance due on a running account arising under the terms of certain written contracts between the parties. The case was tried by the court without a jury, and the Devenys have appealed. The trial court filed no written, findings of fact or conclusions of law.
