In this Chapter 13 bankruptcy case the Trustee objects to confirmation of the Debtors’ Chapter 13 Plan on several grounds, including that the Debtors’ Chapter 13 Plan fails to commit all of their disposable income as required by 11 U.S.C. § 1325(b)(1)(B) because their plan payments do not include mandatory retirement deductions from Debtor Charlton Leon Davis’s (“Charlton”) paycheck.
