I. Introduction
The matter before the Court is the Chapter 13 Trustee’s (the “Trustee”) “Motion by Chapter 13 Trustee to Dismiss Case” (the “Motion”) on the grounds that the Debtor has failed to dedicate all of her disposable income to fund her Chapter 13 plan because she continues to have funds deducted from her monthly income for 401(k) loan repayment.
