This is the second time this cause has been before this court. The opinion and judgment of the court, when it was first here, are reported in Easter v. Severin, 64 Ind. 375.

The appellees sued the appellant, and Adam and Eliza Starr, as defendants, for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage and the recovery of the mortgage debt, in a complaint of two paragraphs.
