Before the Court is the motion of Defendants Brookfield Township Board of Trustees (“Brookfield”), Keith Barrett, Ronald Haun, Gary Lees, Janalyn Saloom, and John Schmidt for judgment on the pleadings or, in the alternative, to dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 9(b).
