This is a bill in equity brought by the petitionerappellee, Emalia Haahaa Akiona Hee, also known as E. Haahaa, against her daughter, Kahiwa Hee Chung, also known as Keohohiwa, for the cancellation of a deed executed in 1942 of certain lands located at Kaneohe, Koolaupoko, described in Royal Patent 2042, Land Commission Award 1967, containing approximately 2.22 acres of land.
