This appeal is from an order of the District Court entered July 13, 1934, (1) approving appellee’s petition filed April 26, 1934, pursuant to section 74 of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended by Act June 7, 1934, § 2 (11 USCA § 202), (2) enjoining John T. Wheeler, appointed on April 30, 1934, by the circuit court of Cook county, receiver for certain real estate owned by appel-lee, from taking possession of that real estate, and (3) denying the motion of appellant either to dismiss the petition of appel-lee, or to dismiss from the bankruptcy proceedings the real estate…
