PARKER, Chief Judge.
This is an appeal from an order entered in the United States District Court for the Western District of South Carolina in an arrangement proceeding under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 701 et seq., approving the debtor’s petition and directing a receiver of a state court in charge of debtor’s property to turn it over to debtor. Debtor is a bus company for which a receiver was appointed by the Court of Common Pleas of Spartanburg County, South Carolina, on August 24, 1951, in an action in the nature of a creditor’s suit in which it was alleged that the…
