This is an appeal by Mrs. Norris N. Friz-zell, plaintiff in the trial court, hereafter “appellant,” from an order granting appellees’, M.E. “Doc” Cook, Harvie D. Linde-man, E.F. Hutton & Company, Inc., and Shearson Lehman Hutton, Inc.’s, motion for partial summary judgment.
