SPEARS, Justice.

The court’s opinion of June 17, 1987 is withdrawn and the following is substituted therefor.

This is a Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) implied warranty case. Lonnie and Donna Barnes sued Melody Home Manufacturing Company under the DTPA for breach of an implied warranty that repairs would be done in a good and workmanlike manner and for other DTPA violations.
