The plaintiffs, being 17 insurance companies, have presented to this court their bill of complaint in equity, and, among other prayers, ask for an injunction enjoining defendant from commencing or prosecuting any actions at law against plaintiffs by reason of an award hereinafter described, or in any manner taking any steps to enforce any claim under, or by virtue of, or based upon said award, pending this action, and that, upon a final hearing, said award be vacated and annulled, and the, preliminary injunction be made perpetual.
