This is an important case involving allegations that a healthcare provider violated its patients’ privacy rights by filing copies of confidential medical bills in the public bankruptcy docket. On June 10, 2010, this Court granted summary judgment to the healthcare provider, and a direct appeal to the Seventh Circuit followed.
