KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:
Fajardo was convicted by a jury of possession, distribution, and conspiracy to distribute cocaine. ' At trial, over Fajardo’s objections, the court excused a juror. On appeal Fajardo claims that the excusal con stituted reversible error. He also challenges the court’s refusal to give a requested instruction. We affirm.
