In this involuntary bankruptcy case, 11 U.S.C.A. § 303 (1979), after dismissal of the petition, Camelot, Inc., the debtor, seeks judgment against the petitioning creditors, 1 Ruben C. Hayden and Helen D. Hayden, for costs, attorney fees, and damages. 11 U.S. C.A. § 303(i) (1979). 2
