This was an action to recover money for legal services. Judgment was for plaintiff. Defendant appeals.

*302The action was started October 19, 1932, by a firm of lawyers against Fox West Coast Theatres Corporation and Fox Kansas Theatres Company, a corporation. At the time of filing the petition a garnishment summons was issued, and funds of one of the defendants were tied up in a bank in Wichita.
