Plaintiff in error, Clifford Johnson, as plaintiff below, filed his action against the defendants in error, Minnie O. Richards and others, as administrators of the estate of A. A. Richards, deceased, for cancellation of a deed, and for convenience the parties will be designated as they appeared in the court below.
