Plaintiff-appellant Donald K. Teeling is appealing adverse summary judgments rendered in favor of defendants-appellees The Indiana National Bank (INB) and its employees, Donald Miller and James Burford. 1 Each count of Teeling’s three count complaint claimed oral misrepresentations by Miller and Burford induced Teeling to agree to allow his INB certificates of deposit to be pledged by one Paul Shelton for a business (a waterbed store) loan.
