Spruce Pine Industrial Park, Inc. ("plaintiff") appeals from the trial court's granting of a directed verdict against plaintiff, and the trial court's judgment that declared that Explosives Supply Company, Inc., Oakalene Vance, and John Vance (collectively referred to as "defendants") are the owners of the leasehold interest in Tract 1,1 allowing defendants to remain in full possession of Tract 1 through and including 7 March 2011, provided they continue to tender rent each month in the amount of $75.00 or annual rent in the amount of $900.00.
