{¶ 1} Respondent, John Thaddeus Willard of Hamilton, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0002125, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1966. The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline recommends that we suspend respondent’s license for one year, staying the suspension upon conditions, for his conduct in partnering with a nonlawyer organization to represent clients and for representing them with very little preparation or communication. We agree that respondent committed the misconduct found by the board and find two additional violations of the Disciplinary Rules. We also…
