This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for a Permanent Injunction, demanding that Defendants remove or alter the Christian prayer that is affixed to the wall of the auditorium in one of the City of Cranston’s public high schools. Defendants include the City of Cranston, Rhode Island, and its School Committee.
