This action was brought in the district court for Morrison county against a number of named defendants and “unknown defendants” to determine adverse claims to several separate tracts of real estate. Judgment was entered therein May 13, 1909, and the following day a certified copy of the judgment was recorded in the office of the register of deeds for Morrison county. Fifteen months thereafter, George W.
