MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MacLAUGHLIN, District Judge.

This is a breach of warranty action for damages brought by plaintiffs, two Minnesota corporations, which involves the purchase by plaintiff Industrial Graphics, Inc., of 4,000 defective 23 channel citizens band radios in 1976. The radios in question were manufactured by defendant Asahi Communications, Inc. and sold by Asahi to an intermediary, which in turn sold the radios to the plaintiffs.
