This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the trial court in favor of the defendant. The plaintiff, Amanda Bending, was the beneficiary under an accident insurance policy issued in 1931 to her son, Robert L. Bending, now deceased, in the sum of $1,000, on which the premiums had been fully paid at the time of the insured’s death. In September 1942, Robert L.
