ORDER ON UNITED STATES TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO DISMISS PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. 707(b)

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the United States Trustee’s (“UST”) Motion to Dismiss Case Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(1) Based on the Totality of the Circumstances Under 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(3) 1 (“Motion”). An evidentiary hearing was held on the Motion on April 29, 2008. Gregory Alan Wolf (“Debtor”) and the UST appeared at the hearing by and through counsel.
