The United States Trustee (the “U.S. Trustee” or “Movant”) has moved to dismiss this Chapter 7 bankruptcy case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(3) (the “Motion”). Debtors objected and the issue was set for trial as a contested matter. After evidentiary hearing, the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law are made and to be entered.
