The Lennox Furnace Company sued H. H. Hyer and J. S. Russell, individually and as copartners, under their trade name of Blockie Furnace & Supply Company, to recover on an account of $3,-072.18 for merchandise sold by plaintiff to defendants under the terms of a written agreement, a copy of which and a verified statement of the account by exhibits being-made a part of the petition.
Plaintiff was a manufacturer of certain articles of merchandise, and defendants were jobbers thereof with outlined trade territory fixed in the contract. The period of the contract was for five years with…
