Plaintiff appeals as of right from the circuit court’s order granting the defendants’ motion for summary judgment and dismissing plaintiffs action for wrongful death, MCL 600.2922; MSA 27A.2922. The issue on appeal is whether a manufacturer or seller of a seatbelt assembly has a duty to warn users regarding the dangers, if any, of reinstalling the seatbelts in other vehicles. We hold that no such duty exists and affirm the summary judgment granted in favor of the defendants.
