Truck Center Corporation (Truck Center) appeals the trial court's dismissal of its breach of contract claim against General Motors Corporation (GM) on summary judgment. We affirm.

This appeal concerns the interpretation of a dealer sales and service agreement (Dealer Agreement) entered into by Truck Center and GM, pursuant to which Truck Center became an authorized GM dealer in 1978.
