On November 30, 2008, the Court granted as unopposed Metropolitan’s Motion to Compel (R. Doc. 19), filed by the Defendant, Metropolitan Property and Casualty Insurance Co. (“Metropolitan”). (R. Doc. 20). In the motion, Metropolitan sought the award of reasonable attorney’s fees and costs associated with bringing the motion.
