Louisiana Power & Light Co. (“LP & L”) sued multiple defendants1 for antitrust and RICO violations, and the jury rendered a verdict in LP & L’s favor ágainst five defendants 2 and against LP & L on the remainder of its claims. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 153 and Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(d),4 the district court awarded attorneys’ fees to LP & L on its successful claims and to the prevailing defen*323dants on theirs.5 Defendants Fisehbaeh & Moore, Inc., Fisehbaeh Corp., and Francis S.
