FORRESTER, District Judge:

In this case we are asked to consider whether this court has lost jurisdiction to entertain an appeal of an award of attorney’s fees and, also, we are asked to review the amount of that award.

This class action challenging the Housing Authority’s practice of overcharging public housing tenants for rent by failing to provide adequate utility allowances for gas and electric service was resolved by a consent order and judgment.
