This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Cecil County overruling the exceptions of Alice L. McDaniel, appellant, to an account filed by James W. Hughes, as trustee.
For a proper understanding of this case, it is necessary that the facts be recited in detail. In 1920 Marshall D. McDaniel, now deceased, who was an excessive drinker of alcoholic liquors, sold his remainder interest, then contingent, in a tract of land known as Shady Beach, consisting of 1,368 acres near North East in Cecil County, Maryland, for $500.00.
