This action was brought by the National Park Bank of New York as plaintiff, against the American Brewing Company, to enforce collection on a pledge of two promissory notes executed by the defendant to the Stanton Trust & Savings Bank, one for the sum of $8,000 and the other for $3,500, together with interest, attorney’s fees, and costs.
