DECISION AND ORDER
MARRERO, District Judge.
By Decision and Order dated June 26, 2002 (the “Decision”) this Court granted the motion by defendant and third-party plaintiff Christie’s, Inc. (“Christie’s”) for summary judgment dismissing the complaint of plaintiffs and counterclaim defendants John T. Mickle and Diana J.
