Appellant brought this legal malpractice claim against her workers’ compensation attorney on grounds that he had failed to introduce relevant evidence on her behalf. In the malpractice case, the administrative law judge who presided over the workers’ compensation case was permitted to testify that even if the omitted evidence had been introduced, it would have made no difference in the decision.
